Refund and Exchanges



QtPi Robotics strives to ensure that you are happy with the product you have purchased and if you decide to return your product, we will endeavor to assist you. Make note of below terms and conditions that apply to your purchase.



GOODS RECEIVED ARE DAMAGED


If your goods arrive in a damaged condition or are missing any parts, then we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please make sure you note the damage when signing the delivery note from the courier. Please notify us within 7 days by sending an email with the below information to support@qtpi.in:



PLEASE SEND TO US IN AN EMAIL:


  1. photograph of the outer box
  2. photograph of the inside of the box, including the inner packaging and
  3. photograph of the damaged item.

If needed, we will arrange the collection of the product from you at no charge. The damaged product will be replaced or we will send you the missing parts within 10 business days.

Please note that this case is not acceptable


  1. If the products were damaged by inappropriate use or carelessness.
  2. If you follow the improper installation of our products.
  3. If the damage was caused by the shipping or transit of the goods.



CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS


  1. Cancellation before Shipment: If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please send an email to support@qtpi.in. The request will be processed in 3 business days.
  2. Cancellation Post Shipment (Before Delivery): If you cancel the order after it has been shipped there will be no refund available. .



DELIVERY TIMELINES


QtPi’s delivery partner makes every effort to ensure orders reach you in about 5 - 9 business days. The estimated delivery time depends on your location as well as local administration controls, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
